Whether you're in Maintenance, Safety & Compliance, or Operations, we want to see how you put MobileOps to work for you. Share your best MobileOps moments with us for a chance to win an exclusive MobileOps Carthartt jacket.

To enter, share a photo or video through your lens showcasing how you use MobileOps in your daily operations. Show us how you use MobileOps to keep your assets in shipshape condition, maintain top-tier safety standards, or streamline your daily operations. And remember, creativity is highly encouraged!

All entries must be submitted no later than 11:59pm on Friday, October 20th, 2023. All submissions to be emailed to niv@mobileops.com. Please include your name, company name, and short photo description.

Contest Rules: 

1. Participants can submit up to 1 entry for each category, for a maximum of 3 total entries.

2. Permission from employer to use the photo needs to be granted. Customers that can't get this permission should not participate.

3. Photos containing any confidential company information will be disqualified. 

4. By submitting a photo entry, you authorize that you have the sharing authorization and permission as photos will be published. 

Disclaimer: Approval from management of your respective employer is required to participate. Submitted photos will be eligible for use in MobileOps publications on our social media, website, in MobileOps-produced videos, and in other settings. Photo owners will be published and credited to respective photo submissions. By submitting photos, you certify that you have full permission to share them with us for our use. Photos taken by third parties are not permitted. No financial compensation is to be provided for photo submissions.

Contest Categories:

Maintenance Category: Share a photo that offers your unique perspective on how MobileOps plays a crucial role in maintaining the peak condition of your assets during your daily operations.

Ideas:

• Showcase before-and-after shots of your equipment, vessels, or other assets.

• Highlight your maintenance team in action, using MobileOps for various tasks like performing work requests, completing routine maintenance, or logging maintenance data.

Safety & Compliance Category: Share a compelling photo illustrating how MobileOps contributes to the safety of your personnel and facilitates seamless compliance during audits.

Ideas:

• Capture your crew engaged in safety drills, meetings, or Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).

• Display a Certificate of Inspection (COI) or a snapshot taken after a successful USCG, TPO, or internal audit.

Operations Category: Share a captivating photo that showcases MobileOps in action during your day-to-day work. Whether it's shoreside scheduling, timekeeping, or onboard assignments, let's see MobileOps in the field!

Ideas:

• Capture a snapshot of a MobileOps-scheduled tugboat hard at work.

• Share a group photo of you and your crew, on-site and on the move.

• Take us inside your wheelhouse and provide a glimpse of the MobileOps system in action.

• Photograph your crew arriving for a shift or checking in for a job using their mobile devices.

One winner will be selected across all contest categories combined.

Winner will be selected by MobileOps Team based on the following criteria:

• Adherence to theme

• Creativity and originality

• Ethical considerations

An email and social media announcement will go out on Monday, October 23rd sharing the winner and winning photo. Winner will also be notified directly.
